Yes! Our packages are very flexible! We can modify based on the amount of time you feel you may need. We can reduce or add additional time. We can even work with you to create the perfect custom package for your special event.

Yes! We can quote pricing for transportation service in or outside Grande Prairie. For longer distances we may also offer our services based on a hourly bases if it is determined to be more cost effective. Just bare in mind that transportation service based on an hourly rate will include the time it takes for the chauffer to return home to Grande Prairie.

Yes. Passengers of legal drinking age are permitted to consume alcohol purchased from Deluxe Premium Driving Service. If you appear to be under the age of 25 you will be asked to show photo identification. Just like a restaurant, bar or pub you are not permitted to bring your own beverages into the vehicle nor may you leave with unconsumed alcohol beverages.

Unfortunately no! Our fleet consists of ONLY Cadillacs and we are unable to offer services where bad roads and 4x4 conditions may exist.

Deluxe Premium Driving Service is only licensed to transport customers in our vehicle. We can absolutely offer you a safe alternative ride home! Our rates are based on VIP Premium Driving Service and will very likely exceed the rates of standard taxi companies.

We suggest a minimum booking time of 24 hours notice. However the further in advance you schedule the better likelihood that transportation will be available.

For Packages we recommend scheduling as soon as you can to be sure we have a chauffer available and to assist you in planning your special event.

For Service within 24 hours please call our 24 hour dispatch line at 780-933-0809 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For all VIP Transportation, Airport Transfers and Packages exceeding $50 we require a 50% non refundable deposit or $50 deposit which ever is greater. Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control we may credit this deposit to be used for a different date.

We require 24-72 hours notice to make changes or your deposit may be forfeited. No notice is required for airport transfer. 

Our vehicles are only available for hire with a Professional Chauffer. Our drivers are fully licensed and approved by the city of Grande Prairie and or the Province of Alberta. All drivers have a clean criminal record.
